When the brothers Adolf and Ernst Ruhstrat opened their small electrical store in Göttingen in 1888, the success story of our company was still written on blank pages.

Today Ruhstrat Power Technology develops and manufactures electrical test equipment, voltage optimization equipment and transformers. In electrical test engineering, we specialize in heating, motor and pump test benches as well as test systems for high-voltage cables (heat cycle test). Ruhstrat has over 80 years of experience in voltage optimization systems and offers modern systems for voltage dip protection and voltage stabilization.

The transformer production for low and medium voltage with control cabinet construction guarantees a consistently high quality of all electrotechnical components. The entire team uses our know-how from over 130 years of experience to ensure that our demanding customers are always absolutely satisfied. We achieve this with individual solutions that we develop in close cooperation with our customers. We only produce series if they meet a concrete, customer-specific need. The expert knowledge of the technology of electrical test engineering, voltage optimization systems and transformers as well as systems with switchboard construction, control and PLC, makes us a strong and innovative partner for our customers.
